LAUNDRYBLAU stands for the project merger of two labels:
Laundryclub and Barbablau. It all started with the idea to clear Laundryclub stock in a novel way. The second season garments, which had never found an owner, were revived by the learned hands of Barbablau. Cut apart garments joined with old second-hand clothing pieces and self-made parts, a new and straightforward way of life, which seaminglessly flowed from the working process.

The Laundryclub-Barbablau fusion brought about a stand-alone unique series. A collection that was both strong-minded, experimental, genuine, breezy and saturated with colours and light.

All the first Laundryblau collection stands for was captured in a photo session some time ago on a rainy February morning. An entire class from an advanced vocational training program in Zurich participated in the challenging projekt , and we would like to extend our warmest regards to the proud and beautiful ladies for their great job.
